Carpigiani Gelato Museum aims to promote artisan gelato culture throughout the world. To reach this goal, the museum organizes training labs for youth of all ages to teach children and young adults gelato science and culture.
In collaboration with Nugareto, a commercial organic farm, the Carpigiani Gelato Shop will offer Gelato Sommelier, a gelato cocktail mixing gelato and wine from the hills of Bologna.
Gelato Museum is attending Arts & Foods exhibition at La Triennale Museum from the 9th of April to the 1st of November 2015 with the Carpigiani gelato Self Service Jukebox machine.
