The Gelato Museum offers activities designed for professionals and companies: Gelato Team Building.
Participants will spend a full day in the Carpigiani Gelato University workshop, dividing into teams and challenging each other in the creation of the most original flavor.
An expert panel will judge the contestants on creativity in presentation and name, as well as product quality.
