The museum is located at the headquarters of Carpigiani, the company that since 1946 has been manufacturing artisanal gelato machines, occupying industrial space transformed into a center for the study of gelato history, culture, and technology.

THE SPACES

  • The Gelato Museum was designed by the architects Matteo Caravatti and Chiara Gugliotta, covering a space of more than 1000 m2, surrounding an internal garden patio that connects the different company spaces and provides an excellent environment for outdoor events.

  • Meeting rooms (ranging from 15 to 50 seats) classrooms next to the Gelato Museum equipped with audio-video systems and power stations.

  • Carpigiani Gelato University Auditorium (80 seats), the main classroom of the school for successful gelato entrepreneurs is perfect for conferences and is the location for Gelato Team Building activities.

  • Gelateria Carpigiani (500 sq m with outdoor patio), a modern gelato shop with production area visible through glass walls so that customers can watch the gelato being made, continuously and without hiding anything. The locale is home to hands-on gelato labs, tastings, and even outdoor events in the summer patio. Open to the public 6 days a week offering selected flavors of Italian artisanal gelato. Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30am to 6 pm.

An activity designed for professionals and companies; Participants will spend a full day in the Carpigiani Gelato University workshop, dividing into teams and challenging each other in the creation of the most original flavor.
